RAISING AWARENESS TO FIGHT RARE RENAL CANCERS

Founded in 2020, The Ricky Casey Trust is a charity that aims to further the understanding and expand the knowledge of Renal Medullary Carcinoma (RMC) and rare renal cancers. We also provide support to those who are suffering from these diseases, and their families.

Advance the education of, and to raise awareness amongst the general public and healthcare professionals in fighting all renal cancers in the UK and in particular, but not exclusively, the sub-type Renal Medullary Carcinoma. (RMC)

Raise funds in order to advance knowledge, education and research into renal cancer. To provide equipment and treatment for the same, for sufferers of such medical conditions residing permanently or temporarily in the UK. Give support and practical advice as the Trustees see fit.

Relieve sickness and preserve the health of people suffering from renal cancers, and to improve and extend the quality of life of people living with renal cancers who are permanently or temporarily in the UK and to support the families of such people in the event of hardship as the Trustees see fit.

In Rick’s Memory – we want to provide and assist from time to time in help and support, promote health and rehabilitation of firefighters across the United Kingdom.
